Features
The Tipper receives stacks of up to 20 pallets from an infeed conveyor and then descends down to the Accumulator.
The Accumulator receives pallets from the Tipper and uses a carriage to advance the pallets to an inspection station.
Each time a pallet is removed at the inspection station the Tipper automatically indexes forward through the Accumulator.
When the last pallet leaves the Tipper, the Accumulator carriage continues to index the pallets forward while at the same time the Tipper returns to the upright position and accepts the next stack of pallets from the infeed conveyor.
The Tipper then descends down to the Accumulator and indexes the stack of pallets forward until they connect with the last pallet from the previous stack.
This cycle will continue automatically as long as there are pallets present on the infeed conveyor. |
