The first step is to analyze your present method of operation and then identify where improvements can be made. We do offer a fee based consultation service to help our customers identify areas for improvement.

2. If I automate my pallet repair operation how many people do I need to process 1,500 pallets per shift?
Everyone's situation is different, but typically a Clipper operator can process about 1,500 pallets per shift which, when used with an automated conveyor system, can keep three repair tables busy. Then, depending on whether you choose to have a Quality Control Inspector sort your pallets, or have them automatically routed into stackers via a bar code label system, 4 to 5 people are needed.
